Welcome to February!
The days are getting longer and before we know it winter will be over! In the meantime, please remember to keep our parking lot clear. There is no space for parent drop off unless your child has mobility issues. We had several close calls in January where students and/or staff were nearly hit by a car leaving the parking lot. Our busses also had trouble exiting the parking lot as they were blocked by cars. Please remember to drop off your child at the curb of Hidden Valley Drive.
Our report cards went live this week. Hopefully you were all able to access the report card through PowerSchool. This year, it seems to have gone smoothly but please let us know if you need support accessing your child’s report card.
IPPs have also been sent home this week. Please take time to read through and if you have questions, please contact the homeroom teacher. When ready, please complete, sign and return the signature sheet at your earliest convenience.
In January we hosted our very first student led Fine Arts and Cultural Day! Leadership students in grade 7 planned and hosted an afternoon filled with celebrations of our diverse and inclusive school community. There was music, dance, performances, and artwork from around the globe. This is something we hope to continue each year.

Proud Principal,
